Has everyone been having a great summer so far? I hope you have been able to enjoy some of the local festivals and music events in the area. It’s a great place to meet friends you haven’t seen in a while. Another place to see friends and meet new ones is at Happy Stampers. We’re open and waiting for you with all sorts of great stamps, dies and other card-making supplies that have been coming in recently.

To beat the heat, come on in and take a class. Betty has a great class planned for August that you won’t want to miss. If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make an “infinity card” this will be the class for you.

I hope everyone has been enjoying the weekly Take ‘N Make cards.  Even in the summer, a new card is available each week starting on Friday thanks to Sue W. The kits include all the supplies needed to make the card with the images and greetings already stamped. You just take them home and put them together and sometimes do a little coloring. It’s that simple! Pictures are posted on Facebook so be sure to like the Happy Stampers’ Facebook page. They are also posted on the Website under “Card Ideas.” The most current card is pictured starting in the upper left-hand corner.

Here is another reason to stop by Happy Stampers. There will be some hot monthly specials for August. From August 3 thru August 15, get 25% off the regular price of markers and colored pencils. Then from August 17 to August 29 stamps and stamp sets will be 25% off the regular price. Remember these discounts are good for all purchases during the entire sales period but are not eligible for reward card punches.

There are still a few more days to take advantage of the Christmas in July sale going on until August 1. All things Christmas are on sale including stamps, stamp sets, cutting dies, paper, bling, embossing folders, Diamond Dotz card kits/pictures, brads, stencils and 3-D page toppers. If it has anything Christmas on it, it’s on sale.

I hope everyone is looking forward to the rest of summer and sure hope the temperatures cool down soon. Speaking of cool days, what could be cooler than taking a road trip to Happy Stampers and bringing some friends. The air conditioning is always on! I’d love to see you.
