I hope everyone has been enjoying the roller coaster ride with our weather. I’m not sure how to interpret the weather for the beginning of March. Will it be a lion or a lamb? I guess we’ll just have to enjoy whatever we get and hope there isn’t some polar vortex making an appearance.
Check out the cool classes coming up in March. There’s going to be a couple of great classes offered by Betty and Sandee. Sandee is continuing her ‘Thusiastic Thursday class which is always a fun time. Her theme this month is birthday cards. I’m also sure you’ll enjoy the Easter card class being offered by Betty. Don’t miss out. Sign up early.
There are always great monthly specials here as well. The specials for March will be—from March 2 through March 21, get 25% off stamps and stamp sets. Then from March 23 through April 4, all ink pads and re-inkers will be 25% off the regular price. Remember these discounts are good during the entire sales period but are not eligible for reward card punches.
I’m excited for all the new things that have been arriving in the store. The spring/Easter collection from Lawn Fawn has been very popular. The paper collection with this release has small designs perfect for cardmaking. If you like Penny Black designs, there are some new stamp sets as well as dies. Newton’s Nook has been releasing some very clever card layout designs. They also have a few new Easter stamp sets and dies. I have a great selection of stamps and dies for Easter available from a wide variety of stamp companies. We can’t forget sending St. Patrick’s Day cards either. I have lots of stamps and dies for that holiday too.
The days and selection of a couple of my favorite suppliers are numbered. Frantic Stamper will be closing its doors as early as this spring. I have stocked up on as many of their dies as I could but once they are gone, that will be it for them.
The other company is Starform. They make the convenient word stickers and the popular dot stickers in many different colors. I quickly ordered what I could though some of our favorites were already out of stock but I got as many of all of the available items as possible.
Come on in and get your stamping fix. I’d love to see you.
Happy Stamping!
Karen and the crew – Betty, Karin, Sue and Sandee
